Count how many times a day you do things you do not believe in or do not want to do.
Count how many times a day you want to say yes, but say no, and vice versa.
Count your daily "dose" of small or larger lies and unwanted compromises.
Add the average number of daily actions that make you feel guilty.
Add your daily number of "bad" habits that you want to overcome, but cannot.
